Kafil Uddin is the Chairman of Green Project BD International Ltd (GPBDIL). as Consulting firm under certified by Bangladesh Bank Green Banking Project. He was the Director Operation of Green Banking Consulting Homes Ltd. (GBCHL). The Company is mainly involved in managing foreign financial support to encourage Eco-friendly Industrial expansion e.g. Auto Bricks Plant with HHK kiln, BIO gas, BIO-fertilizer, LPG bottling plant, oil Refinery Plant, solar generated electricity etc. in Bangladesh.

In addition to the above, he is also the Vice-Chairman of Tokyo Bangla Foundation – a non-profit organization which is involved in major social services and wellbeing mainly providing support in social and natural disaster management, eliminating poverty, creating social awareness and facilitating education to the unprivileged part of the society in Bangladesh and some of the countries around the world. He is one of the key personnel in the management team which takes care of almost all functions of the organization.

Mr.Kafil obtained Commerce Graduate degree in 1995 from business background and completed Postgraduation, Accounting, in 1997 from the National University Bangladesh. To achieve practical and professional experience in the area he studied, he apprenticed as an Articled Student from the period 1996-2000 with Rahman Mustafa Alam & Co. Chartered Accountants under listed of Institute of chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB). During this period, he worked with different Manufacturing industries including financial and non-financial organization, non-profit organizations for the purpose of conducting audit of financial statements and operations and providing other advisory services.
He also obtained a ITP (Income Tax Practitioner) professional degree under certified from National Board of Revenue NBR in the year 2012. He is Registered Member of Dhaka Taxes Bar Association (DTBA).

He started social works in 1993 being involved voluntarily in different activities Local Clubs and others social organization. He began his formal career after his academic studies and professional Course in the year 2000. When started his first job in Energy System Engineering Ltd. In Chittagong bearing post as Assistant Manager of Accounts and Finance. To boost his career, he moved to Dhaka and started his long career with the renowned origination Navana Group where he served for around 18 years (2001-2018), and he ended up his service there as an Assistant General Manager (Accounts and Finance). Being motivated to do something for the society and to keep contributing to social development, he got engaged himself to assist in the expansion of eco-friendly businesses that prioritize the more Green expansion for the environment by reducing existing processes of environmental pollution and non-profit organizations.

His vision in future days is to make more contributions to expand eco-friendly industries, and to the emergency social needs, disaster management and motivate people to extend their hands in the well beings of humanity.

Mr. K.H.M Kaiser is the Director & Coordinator of the company. He has completed Master of social science in Economics from the University of Chittagong. After the post Graduation he started his career with the KDS Group as a HR-Executive for 07 years. He also worked in KSRM as Assistant Manager Admin for 2 years. He also worked as a Manager –Accounts & Finance in SME Helpline Bangladesh Ltd. Now he joined at the Green Project BD Int. Ltd as Director and chief coordinator at 2013. Beside of these experiences he is also a veteran social worker and related with several social organizations. He is a sharp young and energetic business man. He is financially sound and a managerial capable person with pleasant personality.

Mr. MD. ZAHIR UDDIN SIKDER Senior Project Director (Contractual), Green Project Finance, Educational Qualification–B.A, (Hon’s), M.A in Islamic History and Culture, under the University of Chittagong, As a former Banker, He worked as a Senior Manager in The City Bank Ltd. and First Security Islami Bank. Ltd. Currently he is working as Senior Project Director at Green Project BD International Ltd.

MR. MOHAMMAD RASHEDUL ISLAM, Project Director (Contractual)-Green Project Finance, Educational Qualification–B.B.A., M.B.A. (Finance)–Chittagong Government Commerce University College, He was working as a former banker–Standard Chartered Bank. Currently he is working as Project Director at Green Project BD International Ltd.

Mr. SHAHJAHAN PATWARI, Project Director (Contractual) Green Project Finance, Educational Qualification – B.Com (Accounting), M.A (Islamic Studies) under the University of Chittagong, He is a renown freedom fighter(East Bengal) and former Banker– Janata Bank, National Bank, AB Bank, and Exim Bank . Currently he is working as Project Director at Green Project BD International Ltd.

Md. Abdul Khaleque is the Senior Consultant (Agro) of this company. He is a Sr. Consultant (Agriculture) of the Institute of youth development of the Govt. peoples Republic of Bangladesh. He worked as a Deputy Director in the Ministry of youth and sports. Govt. of the people’s Republic of Bangladesh. Now he join at the Green Project BD International Ltd. as a Sr. Consultant from 2021. Besides of these experiences he is also a veteran social worker and related with several social organizations. He is a sharp and energetic businessman. He is financially sound and a managerial capable person with pleasant personality.

Mr. MD. ARIF UDDIN Senior Consultant (Green Project Finance), International Wings, He has a brilliant academic qualification. He obtained Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from National University of Bangladesh, passing year 2004. and secured First Class. He has completed Master of Business Studies (MBS) in Accounting in the year 2006 under National University of Bangladesh and secured First Class. He participated in Extracurricular activities such as Sports, Blood Donation etc. He has completed CA course from Rahman Rahman Huq and now he is a bonafied member of the Institute of Chartered Accounts of Bangladesh, from Aug 2012; ID No.1503, He is a license holder of certified Chartered Public Accountant, from the institute of Certified Public Accounts in Ireland. Now he is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Ireland (CPA Ireland) -2016.Credential ID-021681. TAHMINA AKTER, is a Senior Consultant of Green Project Finance, International Wings. She is the daughter of kamal Uddin & Jahan ara Begum. She was born in 1984 under the Distict of Chattogram. Educational Qualification: She obtained graduation and post graduation from National University of Bangladesh, and completed CA course from Rahman Rahman Huq Bangladesh. She is a member of the institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh. F.C.A (Fellowship Chartered Accountant) She Completed F.C.A last 5 years and worked as Senior Chief Finance Officer in two companies. Later, she established CA firm on her own initiative. Due to her Academic Qualification & Experience Canadian government given permanent citizenship and provide him as a financial adviser in many financial institutions of that country. Currently she is working on Green Project Finance in Canada and Europe Zone with International Wings Green Project BD International Ltd., Bangladesh. In the future Bangladesh Bank and Bangladesh Government will play a big role in the investment of International Finance for Bangladesh in favor of green project Bangladesh.

Mr. Mohammed Imran Chowdhury is a Consultant International wings of Green Project BD International Ltd; He has obtained MBM (Masters of Bank Management) from the USTC(University of Science and Technology, Chittagong). He has started his Banking career as an Assistant Officer in the Eastern Bank PLC, Station Road branch, Chittagong on December,1996. After that on June, 2000, he has switched his job from the Eastern Bank PLC to the ONE Bank PLC Agrabad branch as a senior Officer and He has finished his 23(Twenty Three) years of the Banking career with the ONE Bank PLC and retired on December 21, 2023. 

Please be informed that during his above Banking career, He has worked all the functional areas of Banking. As a head of the IT (Information Technology) and Accounts department in the Eastern Bank PLC Station Road Branch Chattogram, As a deputy Branch Operation Manager in the various Branches of the ONE Bank PLC in Chattogram such as Agrabad, Khatungonj, Chandgaon branch etc. As a deputy Branch Trade Finance Manager in the various Branches of the ONE Bank PLC in Chattogram such as Agrabad and Khatungonj Branch. As a Credit Officer in the Agrabad and Khatungonj Branch of the ONE Bank PLC. As a Head of Finance and Accounts Department in the Agrabad and the Khatungonj Branch of the ONE Bank PLC., As a Deputy Head of Marketing in the Agrabad and Khatungonj Branch of the ONE Bank. Upon passing the considerable time in the Banking sector, He has obtained the enough experience on Bank’s Marketing and Customer handling activities.

In the future, Bangladesh Bank and Bangladesh Government will play a big role in the investment of International Finance for Bangladesh in favor of green project Bangladesh.
