1. In case of eco-friendly projects, it is necessary to have its own land registered in the name of the project. If the project investment includes 15 percent to 40 percent own (overhead) investment, the remaining financing may be provided by the lending institution to the project. 3. The term of the loan can be up to 10 years. In that, depending on the type of project, a maximum development time limit of 2 years can be given. Of course, during the development period of the project, the lending company is unlikely to accept any outstanding amount on the loan.

4. The financial institution can accept the loan amount from the customer in installments of one month/ 1 month and six months in case of repayment of the loan under the project.

5. Depending on the type of project, the loan interest rate can be fixed from 2 percent to 9 percent by the financial institution. If the loan under the scheme is brought directly from any country outside the world, the said loan can be implemented. In that case there is a possibility of getting the project at the rate of 1.5% to 2%.

6. In case of any eco-friendly project, if 300 percent land to 1000 percent land is registered in the name of the project, the project can be implemented.

7. 90-120 working days are mandatory for completion of loan process in any project. In that case, the project should be registered in the name of a limited company.

8. The 1st party is not likely to receive any service charge from the 2nd party from the beginning of the contract with the company till the completion of the loan process. After the completion of the loan, the customer will pay the service charge mentioned in the contract to the 1st party after receiving the loan amount.

9. In this case, all the project survey layout design, drawing soil test including survey of 20-25 projects and other activities should be completed by the organization appointed by the international financial institution. In this case, all service charges will be borne by the 2nd party.

10. 1st party can provide any service on project basis from inception to trial production of the project. In that case the entrepreneur must pay a separate service charge. The rules of the scheme may be modified or extended by the lending institution at any time. In that case, the authority will notify the customer through a letter.
